Black Rebel Motorcycle Club Announce The Release of iTunes Live Session on September 14th- Stone Temple Pilots Tour Begins In Three Weeks
Black Rebel Motorcycle Club released their fifth studio album, Beat The Devil's Tattoo, last March (Abstract Dragon/Vagrant Records) which was hailed a 'gritty good time' by SPIN Magazine. Since the records' release, the trio has toured the states and crossed the pond to bring their hooks to fans across the globe. Today, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club are pleased to announce the release of an iTunes Live Session, complete with seven live tracks (including material off of Beat The Devil's Tattoo). The album will be made available digitally, exclusively from iTunes on September 14th. Track listing can be found below.
Immediately following the release of their iTunes Live Sessions, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club will join Stone Temple Pilots in San Diego for a month-long national jaunt. Kicking off September 16th, the tour will take BRMC from California to Florida with stops in almost every state along the path.
Black Rebel Motorcycle Club's blend of country stomp and their signature wall-of-shoegaze fuzz has garnered extensive praise from the press with Rolling Stone penning BRMC's newest venture "unremittingly grim, and undeniably fun. J Roddy Perform for Converse "Gone To Governors" Series
Check out the video below of J Roddy Walston and The Business performing an acoustic version of “Don’t Break The Needle,” from their debut, self-titled album. The band filmed the piece in New York City this past summer, when they made an appearance at the Converse "Gone To Governors" free concert series. The intro is definitely our favorite.
